Important Information for Our Customers
At Briller Classical Stagewear, we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our terms and conditions when hiring or purchasing our exquisite ballet costumes. Please take a moment to review the following key points.

Costume Care and Responsibility
Customers are responsible for any damages to costumes during the rental period. Please handle our costumes with care. Returning costumes late will incur additional charges of $10 per day overdue. Please honour the agreed rental period to avoid these fees.
- If a hire costume is lost or damaged beyond accepted wear and tear the full cost of the costume must be paid by the client.

Deposits and Aleterations
For custom costumes, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining amount is to be paid upon completion. After completion, only minor changes can be made and will be at our discretion.

Costume cancellation policy
After completion, only minor changes can be made and will be at our discretion. If materials have already been ordered for a custom costume, the cost of those materials must be covered in the case of cancellation. For hire costumes, cancellations up to two weeks before the rental date are acceptable, provided alterations have not been made. For custom purchases and hires, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Each situation will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
